ABOUT THIS COURSE
The BSc Cosmetic and Aesthetic Medicine degree has been designed and developed with the guidance of qualified MBBS doctors who have each worked in the aesthetic medicine industry for more than a decade. This clinical experience shapes every part of the curriculum, from core anatomy through to advanced procedures.
The degree is validated and awarded by St. Martinus University, based in Curaçao, an autonomous constituent country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Established in 2000, the University operates under a formal charter and is recognised by the Ministry of Health of Curaçao.
The programme is structured across four progressive levels, each building on the last, guiding students from foundational knowledge through to the final award of a BSc Cosmetic and Aesthetic Medicine degree.
Every level, and every module within it, has been carefully selected to reflect the most current knowledge in aesthetic medicine procedures and treatments. Our aim is straightforward: to prepare individuals and practicing professionals for best practice, to the high standards expected by regulatory bodies in the UK and worldwide.

What You'll Learn?
The BSc Cosmetic and Aesthetic Medicine is structured as a progressive academic pathway, with an exit qualification available at every level. RPCL (Recognition of Prior Certificated Learning) – credits awarded for previous formal study or recognised qualifications, such as Ofqual Level 3 to Level 6 awards completed at another educational institution.
RPEL (Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning) – recognition of uncertified learning, including CPDs, gained through employment, professional background, or life experience.
